Modus have been working closely with prestige body shop and repair company, Jenkins & Pain, to create a quality customer engagement strategy for corporate and personal clients.

Using videos within email marketing and making website navigation easier, Modus have directed Jenkins & Pain toward their target customers and delivered a bespoke sales initiative.

Creating a complete strategy

We conceived a complete video strategy for Jenkins & Pain, based upon an automated video email service, advising clients of progress with repairs. Specific informative videos were placed on their website to help visitors understand information sent directly to them. We even got a chance to dress up in boiler suits and film inside the company’s ‘state of the art’ giant paint oven!

Since filming began, Jenkins & Pain won a prestigious and coveted national award for their customer engagement strategy and are currently turning over a higher footfall of clients. Our goal is to help them further by increasing Google ranking positioning and creating a Google Adword video strategy.

As a consumer lead business we needed to find new and innovative ways to stay ahead of our competitors and better our customer engagement strategies. We commissioned Modus Film Productions and have been amazed by their teams enthusiasm and each film has helped drive more traffic to our website and overall the package is great value for money. Since working with them we have won a national Ageas award for best customer engagement plan and hope to keep developing our engagement schemes with Modus in the future!
