Every project is different, but generally the process can be broken down into four stages:
Consultation
This is when we work with you to learn about your business and define what it is you need from your video. A call or meeting is arranged to discuss the main aspects of your video such as, your message and your target audience, but most importantly what you want to achieve with your video. From there you can have as much or as little input into the scripting, filming and editing as you’d like. In any case we will keep you informed at every step of the process.
A quote or detailed proposal that works with your budget will then be prepared.
Pre-production: (Planning)
We will develop a storyboard, shot list and/or a script to give you a clear idea of what the final film will look like. If we’re using a voice over we will work with you to write a script. For interviews, we will provide a list of questions for approval. We will plan filming schedules and deadlines with you.
Production: (Filming)
This is where the magic happens, we bring together all the visual elements described in Pre Production. Our crew will capture all the required footage. If we are filming interviews, when necessary we conduct basic media training to make the interviewees feel at ease prior to filming.
Post-production: (Editing)
The post-production takes place at our studio, where we have facilities such as, sound editing, music and colour correction. Completed drafts can then be shared with you online, where you can offer your feedback enabling you to get the video you desire. Once you are happy with the finished product, it is delivered to you via secure online transfer. The videographers at our video production company are specialist editors. We can help with all areas of your digital marketing mix.
Storage
As a video marketing agency, we understand how valuable your footage can be which is why we archive all our products using a long-term data storage system. This effectively stores footage for 15-30 years. For more information please see our terms and conditions.
