“So last night we won Videographer Of The Year at the Kent Wedding Awards which has been a personal goal of mine since starting Modus back in 2014, but the winning feeling I had wasn’t the one I was expecting.
After all the other highly talented finalists were announced and our name was read out to rapturous applause I was left in complete shock. It wasn’t until I returned to my seat that I suddenly got some perspective on the situation.
Thrust into my hands was this trophy and the rest of the team looking at me, all with big smiles and excitedly shouting “well done – you’ve made it!
But I hadn’t made it, we had made it.
I spent the best part of 7 or so years trying to get this award but it wasn’t until this passionate and amazing team of people came together that we managed to make history. I realized at that moment that this award was not what I was looking to achieve it was this team. You guys are the award, not this trophy and I am so proud of each and every one of you!
God I know this is cheesy.”
Overall we are so happy to add this accreditation to our already award winning wedding videographers status and we can’t wait to enter again.
